Banana Oat Matcha Pancakes

7 pancakes Prep time: 5 min Cook time: 10 min
Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oats
1 banana
1 egg
½ cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp green tea matcha powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Add oats, banana, egg, milk, baking powder and matcha powder to blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.
2. Heat pan on medium heat oven setting and add vegetable oil as needed.
3. Using ¼ cup measurements, add pancake mixture to heated pan over oven.
4. Cook pancakes until slightly brown on each side and remove from heat.
