Korean Spinach Salad

A quick, easy and nutritious side dish

3-4 servings Prep time: 10 min Cook time: 5 min
Ingredients:
½ lb spinach
½ tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp sesame seeds
Salt to desired taste
Instructions:
1. Add 4-5 cups water to pot and bring to boil
2. Add spinach to boiling water for 1-2 min until soft
3. Use strainer to separate spinach from water and use hands to squeeze out excess water
4. Mix sesame oil, garlic, black pepper, sesame seeds and salt in to boiled spinach and serve as a side dish.
