Tuna Pepper Carrot Onigiri

Ingredients

75g (2.5 oz) Flaked Canned Tuna in Water

½ cup Cooked Brown or White Short Grain Rice

½ cup Diced Carrots

½ cup Diced Red Bell Pepper

¼ cup Water

1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

½ tsp Sesame Oil

½ tsp Black Pepper

Salt to taste

2 Pieces Nori Seaweed

Instructions:

1. Add carrots, bell pepper, and water to pan and cook over medium heat until carrots are soft.

2. Add flaked tuna, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt to pan of vegetables and mix thoroughly.

3. In a bowl, add tuna vegetable mixture to cooked rice.

4. Wet hands with water. Shape the mixture into 2 separate onigiri balls.

5. Wrap 1 nori seaweed around each onigiri ball.

6. Dip each onigiri balls into sesame seeds.
